Be specific about the busy rooms
For a kitchen-focused visit, describe the counters, sink, appliance exteriors and floors, along with any buildup you want addressed. For bathrooms, tell us the number of showers, tubs and toilets and send photos of areas that need extra attention.
Include connected living or dining spaces if you want those floors and surfaces cleaned too. A clear room list helps us agree on the scope without assuming that every bedroom or storage area is part of the visit.
- Kitchen and bathroom priorities
- Main bedroom or selected living spaces
- A clear list of rooms to include or exclude
Cabinets and drawers deserve their own line item
If you want cabinet interiors cleaned, specify which cabinets and whether drawers are included. Tell us whether they will be empty and whether the oven or refrigerator interior is also requested. We review those extras before booking so the detailed work is clearly defined.
Keep the rooms maintained after the first visit
A deeper first cleaning can be followed by recurring standard cleaning of the same selected areas. Share your preferred frequency and any changes to the room list. We quote the initial work and ongoing maintenance separately based on the condition and tasks.
