Before requesting an estimate
Tell us your city, approximate square footage, bedroom and bathroom count, and the date you would like the cleaning completed. Include current photos or a short video, especially of kitchens, bathrooms and areas with heavier buildup.
Let us know whether the house will be empty. If furniture or belongings will remain, point out which areas will be accessible. Mention any work happening before the cleaning so we can discuss a practical sequence.
Walk through the house room by room
Use these items to describe the work you want included. Your confirmed quote will set out the agreed service.
- Kitchen: counters, sink, accessible surfaces and appliance exteriors.
- Bathrooms: sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors and floors.
- Bedrooms and living spaces: accessible surfaces, dust, vacuuming and mopping.
- Details: baseboards, accessible trim and areas exposed after furniture is moved.
- Cabinets and appliances: identify any interiors you want added to the quote.
Request interior cleaning as an agreed extra
Inside the refrigerator, inside the oven, cabinet interiors and interior windows should be listed specifically when you request service. These are included by agreement, so tell us which items need attention and share their condition.
Ask about emptying cabinets and appliances before the appointment. If you need help with remaining belongings, large amounts of trash or other additional tasks, describe them upfront so we can confirm whether they fit the service.
Prepare for the cleaning day
Coordinate access and let us know when the movers are expected to finish. Make sure water and electricity will be available. Share any entry instructions and the best phone number to reach you during the visit.
Our usual service hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. For larger jobs, aim to contact us three to four days ahead so we can discuss availability. We confirm the final scope and price before starting.
